All Sales Are Final
Because of the care, craftsmanship, and quality assurance that goes into each and every order, all sales on alizehofficial.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. We kindly ask all customers to carefully go through the size guides, product descriptions, fabric details, and images available on each product page before placing an order. We have made every effort to present our products as accurately as possible so that you can shop with full confidence.

Colour and Craft Variations
We want to be open about one thing. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen compared to the actual product, due to photography lighting, digital display settings, and the natural variation in fabric dyes. Similarly, intricate handcrafted details, sequin work, and embellishments may carry minor natural variations from piece to piece, as these are not machine manufactured goods. These are characteristics of authentic, handcrafted ethnic wear and are not considered defects. We recommend keeping this in mind while placing your order.
Transit Damage Claims
In the rare and unfortunate event that your order arrives physically damaged due to mishandling during transit, we will take full responsibility and make it right for you. To help us process your claim fairly and efficiently, we require a clear, unedited, and continuous unboxing video that shows the condition of the outer packaging and the product from the moment you first open it. This video, along with your order number and a brief description of the damage, must be emailed to info@alizehofficial.com within 48 hours of your delivery. We are unable to consider claims received after this window or submitted without the required video evidence, as we have no way of verifying the condition of the product after it has left our hands. In all approved claims, Alizeh's responsibility is strictly limited to a refund of the purchase price paid for the damaged item.
Courier and Shipping Liability
Alizeh is not liable for delays, losses, or damage caused by the courier or shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. All orders are dispatched with tracking, and customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment actively. In cases of courier related issues, we will do our best to assist you in raising a complaint with the carrier.
